Her roles have ranged from outreach work supporting people with complex needs to senior leadership teams devising and implementing strategies.

Tracy has delivered training to a variety of organisations including third sector, local government and insurance industries. She has found a surprising commonality across industries regarding mental health. The pressures of targets and constant change impact well-being but supportive management and transparent communication makes a real difference.
Specific interests
Tracy is passionate about stress management and employee well-being. Specifically, how individuals and organisations can pro-actively enable us all to lead happier, healthier lives. She also has an interest in neuroscience and positive psychology.

Top tips for managing stress
Tracy recommends Mindfulness to assist you to notice triggers and patterns of behaviour. Walking in nature for connecting to what’s important and having a good, fun dance to let it all go and release any stress.
