Sharon is a highly experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge in mental health and a proven track record of delivering excellent courses.
Experience: Sharon has 20 years' experience working in mental health including 10 years' experience delivering mental health first aid to a range of audiences at all stages in their careers, including Directors.
Sectors: Sharon has partnered with organisations of various sizes and sectors which has given her a great understanding of how many different facets there are to mental health. Most recently, Sharon has supported businesses in the manufacturing, technology and legal sectors.
Specific interests: Sharon supports mental health initiatives within the workplace and is also an active member of Walsall’s suicide prevention board. She has a specific interest in the connection between a healthy mind and body and believes in looking after yourself physically as well as mentally. She is passionate about exercise and its link to general well-being.
