Stephanie would describe her drive as being people focussed, she has a particular interest in psychology and human behaviour change. Stephanie is passionate about helping equip people with the awareness and tools to remain emotionally and physically well.

Stephanie uses the analogy of pressing the ‘pause button’ when life presents itself with challenges and pressure points - “taking time to think things through is important and allowing yourself to pause is absolutely ok”.
