Stephanie’s career spans over 20 years in the learning and development sector giving her a wealth of skill and knowledge in training, facilitation and coaching.
Experience: Stephanie designs and delivers courses in mental health awareness, stress management, resilience and suicide intervention.
Sectors: Stephanie has worked with a variety of organisations and has extensive experience of working within the public sector. Partnership working and a joined-up approach are very much part of Stephanie’s work.
Specific interests: Stephanie would describe her drive as being people focussed, she has a particular interest in psychology and human behaviour change. Stephanie is passionate about helping equip people with the awareness and tools to remain emotionally and physically well.
