Maria is our Marketing Assistant, responsible for various marketing activities including managing the company’s LinkedIn page, overseeing email campaigns, and maintaining the Altruist Enterprises website. She works closely with Sarah and Katie to ensure the success of these initiatives.
Experience: Maria is currently in her placement year while pursuing a BSc in Marketing. Previously, she worked as a Marketing Intern, where she developed key skills in presenting, social media management, and conducting in-depth research. One of her notable achievements was her SEO research, which significantly improved a website’s ranking from unranked to number one on Google search results.
Interests: Outside of work, Maria enjoys gaming as a way to relax and unwind. Her favourite game is The Last of Us, which she loves for its storytelling and immersive experience.
Top Tips for Managing Stress: Maria believes that being in a supportive environment where open conversations about mental health are encouraged has helped her manage stress effectively. She also finds that talking with family and friends is a great way to relieve pressure and maintain a healthy balance.
