Resilience and Stress Management is a 3-hour course which helps build employee resiliency skills and mental fitness in an ever-changing work environment using evidence-based approaches.

Our Mental Health Training for Managers course equips line managers with the skills and knowledge needed to support their team’s wellbeing.

Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training Course is a 2 day in-depth mental health awareness course, approved by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). On completion of this training, candidates are certified as ‘Mental Health First Aiders' (MHFAiders®).

MHFAiders are required to complete a refresher course every two to three years. Our face-to-face Mental Health First Aider refresher training is an ideal way for your MHFAiders to renew skills, update their knowledge of mental health best practice and apply new MHFA techniques.

Our interactive one hour Lunch and Learn sessions bring employees from all areas of your organisation together to discuss topics which can affect each and every one of us. Altruist will deliver a bespoke, sector specific training workshop tailored to your organisation’s requirements.

A 3-hour awareness course for managers to build understanding and confidence in leading and supporting neurodiverse teams in the workplace, delivered online or face-to-face across the UK for groups of 8 to 16.

A three-hour course for the wider employee base, designed to increase awareness and understanding of mental health, and confidence in approaching the subject. This course offers delegates the opportunity to take notice of their own well-being and identify strategies to support themselves and colleagues.

This E-learning training is aimed at staff who require a taster or refresher session on the following topics; Mental Health at Work, Resilience and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. E-learning courses are accessible via the Altruist Academy and take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
