Summary
In life and business, you need to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. Too often, leaders and managers are expected to have all the answers and to support the team in ways that standard training can’t always address.
Executive resilience coaching is a structured one-to-one or group process that focuses on what each leader needs to help them navigate both personal and professional challenges. By concentrating on resilient leadership, our coaching helps leaders thrive and, in turn, drive organisational success.
How Altruist Resilience Coaching Works
Our coaching is available on a one-to-one or group basis, with sessions typically delivered online. Each session lasts 90 minutes, and we recommend a minimum of three sessions, usually scheduled weekly or bi-weekly. However, as sessions are centred on individual needs, the process can be adapted to suit their professional development objectives. In addition, further coaching sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis to address emerging needs.
Our leadership resilience program is structured into three progressive phases:
- Initiation: The first one-two sessions focus on setting a personalised framework, defining goals, and enhancing self-awareness.
- Discovery: The next phase delves into understanding motivations, current circumstances, and identifying barriers to growth.
- Momentum: The final phase emphasises action planning, behaviour change, and building resilience to achieve set goals.

Coaching is a confidential process which allows individuals a safe space to foster personal growth and wellbeing.
Individual Executive Coaching vs Executive Team Coaching
We provide both individual (1:1) coaching and team coaching, each designed to support executives in achieving their leadership and professional goals.
1:1 Executive Coaching
- Highly personalised guidance focused on unique leadership challenges
- A confidential space for reflection, self-awareness, and growth
- Flexibility to set the pace, depth, and focus of each session
Executive Team Coaching
- Shared learning and exchange of perspectives with peer executives
- Collaborative problem-solving on real-world leadership challenges
- Strengthening alignment, trust, and connection within leadership teams
Group coaching is most effective with 6–8 participants, though we can work with groups as small as 4 or as many as 10. This ensures the right balance between individual airtime and the value of collective insight.
