This Mental Health E-learning training is aimed at staff who require a taster or refresher session on the following topics; Mental Health at Work, Resilience and Working From Home: the 5 Ways to Wellbeing.

If you’re looking to quickly improve your mental health awareness, our bitesized courses will be a great option. They’ll upskill beginners or provide a useful refresher for those who are a little rusty on their mental health and wellbeing knowledge.

Our interactive 30 minute wellbeing at work e-learning courses act as a taster or refresher and are aimed at individuals who wish to gain a greater understanding of mental health and resilience and confidence in supporting themselves and others.

Courses are accessible via the Altruist Academy Platform and can be completed over multiple sessions.
