Executive Coaching: Personal Growth & Wellbeing

In life and in business you need to put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. Too often leaders and managers are expected to have all the answers and to support the team in ways that standard training can’t always address.

Executive coaching is a structured one to one process which focuses on what each individual leader needs to help them navigate both personal and professional challenges. By concentrating on personal growth and wellbeing, our coaching helps leaders thrive and, in turn, drive organisational success.

How Altruist coaching works

The sessions are delivered on a one-on-one basis, usually online. Each session is 60 minutes long and there is a minimum of 6 sessions delivered weekly or bi-weekly. However, as this is focused around each individual, the process can be adapted to suit their professional development objectives. In addition, further coaching sessions can be booked on an ad hoc basis to address emerging needs.

Our executive coaching program is structured into three progressive phases:

  1. Initiation: The first two sessions focus on setting a personalised framework, defining goals, and enhancing self-awareness.
  2. Discovery: The next phase delves into understanding motivations, current circumstances, and identifying barriers to growth.
  3. Momentum: The final phase emphasises action planning, behaviour change, and building resilience to achieve set goals.

Coaching is a confidential process which allows the individuals a safe space to foster personal growth and wellbeing.

Our coaches

Our team of expert coaches brings together over 3,500 combined hours of coaching, each with accreditations from renowned organisations including the Association for Coaching, National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, and the Institute of Leadership and Management.

With varied professional backgrounds, our coaches are equipped to provide high-quality, impactful coaching tailored to the unique needs of each leader.

Our coaches are expert in dealing with neurodiversity so are able to tailor their sessions to leaders with different cognitive profiles.
