Tony Somers is a resilience and stress management trainer as well as a professional counsellor.
Experience: Tony has over 17 years’ experience in the mental health sector. He initially qualified as a Person-Centred therapist and is now well-versed in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Neuro Linguistic Programming. He has also carried out voluntary work for MIND and Myton Hospice.
Sectors: Tony has delivered training for the NHS, Coventry University and the Fire Service to name but a few. This training included conflict management, resiliency, stress management and personal development workshops, as well as mental health training for managers.
