Sajda has 22 years experience in the mental health sector and has been delivering well-being training both nationally and internationally since 2012. Experience includes working with schools, community and local government agencies as well as work with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in Pakistan. Sajda prides herself in ensuring that individual learner needs are met whilst engaging the whole group in interactive discussions and activities which adhere to different learning styles. This is reflected in the feedback she receives from delegates.
