Kirsty is an experienced and award winning trainer who has been delivering various courses in relation to Mental Health and Well-being for over 15 years.
Experience: In the past 15 years Kirsty has gained a wide range of experience supporting both individual employees, line managers and the development of strategic approaches to improve mental health within the workplace.
Sectors: Kirsty has worked with a variety of sectors including the utility and energy sector, accountants, public sector and emergency services. Kirsty has also worked with large, and small to medium size businesses.
Specific interests: She is specifically interested in helping people to become more self-compassionate in order to improve mental health and wellbeing and is currently studying an MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion approaches at Coventry University.
