Experience: Deborah has been working in learning and development for over 20 years offering support and training programmes focused on wellbeing, resilience and Mental Health First Aid.
Sectors: Deborah has worked within a variety of sectors including local government, fire service, construction, media and communications, education, higher education and Ofsted.
Specific interests: Deborah is passionate about training that helps people to cope on a daily basis. She firmly believes that equipping people with the skills and confidence to start a conversation about mental health is one of the most empowering things she can provide to delegates.
