Chris is a Mental Health First Aid Trainer with over 30 year's experience supporting staff with their mental health.
Experience: For the majority of his 31 years in the police service, Chris was a senior officer. As a result, he has extensive experience addressing mental health issues, both in the community and within his teams. This included guiding employees through periods of significant change and challenging matters involving staff. He has always been passionate about helping others and has a degree in psychology which he studied to develop his understanding of people and their mental health.
Specific interests: Now an experienced Youth and Adult mental health first aid trainer, Chris is passionate about improving mental well-being by developing an awareness of our stress levels and having goals to focus on.
