2 day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course taking place on Tuesday 22nd & Wednesday 23rd October 2019 in central London.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a 2 day in depth mental health awareness course, approved by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). On completion of this training, candidates are certified as ‘Mental Health First Aiders'.

Day 1: Tuesday 22nd October 2019

Day 2: Wednesday 23rd October 2019

Time: 9:15am - 4:00pm each day

Location: Radisson Blu Edwardian, Grafton, 130 Tottenham Court Rd, Bloomsbury, London W1T 5AY

Lunch and Refreshments: Will be provided on both days

Cost: £300 + VAT per delegate

The course will teach participants to:

  • Spot the early signs of stress and mental health problems
  • Prevent mental health problems from getting worse
  • Feel confident in helping someone experiencing a problem in the first instance
  • Guide someone towards the right support
  • Create an open forum where stress and mental well-being problems can be discussed
